Just when we all had this work from home thing figured out, many businesses are beginning the transition back to working from the office. For some of us, this has us breathing a sense of relief. For others, this has us taking some big deep breaths. Life as we know it has changed. It has sped up in the same ways it has slowed down. We closer to some but much further away from others. This is a new era. It’s important that we put our “old ways” to a close, and open up to new adventures with a rediscovered purpose of not holding onto our old baggage. This isn’t a “new normal”, it’s just simply normal.
Join me as I walk you through this new era and how we can leverage the famous personality types of Enneagram to our advantage as we navigate normal once again.
Many executive coaches begin by having you identify a situation, then they help coach you on how to change it. My point of difference is that I help you and your team work through your own inner patterns that drive thoughts, communication styles, listening skills, mindsets and how we perceive the world.
I like to think of myself as an orchestrator of change with a curiosity to explore inner engineering. I can help you switch off your autopilot and learn more about how your wired. It’s truly the best place to begin.
Next week, we’re going to start our series going through each of the 9 Enneagram personality types. I’ve created this as a series because it’s important to isolate the different types. It’ll help you identify which type you are, and the types that exist on your team. I’ll provide strategies for working with each type, and for living as each type.
At the end of my series, I’ll also provide a sorting exercise for those who weren’t able to self-identify their type. And as always, just reach out if you have any questions or if I can help you figure out which Enneagram type you fit into.
