Working with Type 8:
Their centre of intelligence is their body. You can tell because Type 8s will often say things like “I can sense it in my gut”. 8s like action, take charge and take control of situations with speed and intensity. If they don’t care about something, they’ll sit back. But if they feel anxious about something, they’ll take charge in dramatic fashion. Type 8s won’t bend in order to fit I and they’ll do whatever they can to protect their vision and sense of independence.
Are you a Type 8?
I work with a lot of Type 8s – you can always pick them out of a room. If you’re an 8, feel good that people find you a safe harbour during a storm. Practice breathing to calm yourself in crisis. But also know that you don’t have to worry about protecting yourself so much. Be vulnerable. Be open-minded. Be open-hearted: you will not lose any of your power or strength. Share your feelings with others.
