Enneagram Type 3, The Achiever

Full transparency – this is me. I’m a Type 3. So if you know me this will paint a rather good picture of the type of person we’re targeting today. If you don’t know me – hey! Reach out. I’m great and can help you figure out your Enneagram Type.

Type 3s focus on their goals and their plans. In fact, they always seem to have a plan. They enjoy being part of something exciting and large-scale. They thrive off of being seen as confident and competent and are driven to succeed. Driven and hard-working, Type threes are also:

Working with Type 3:

Type 3s often adapt to situations. They read their audience and change their approach to match those personas. They are hard-working and usually bring hope and integrity to their work.

Are you a Type 3?:

As your coach, I would help you work on your image and your perception of yourself. 3s can often lose touch with their innermost desires and keep strong feelings to themselves – or maybe not even be aware that they have them. Feelings of anger and sadness are normal and it is okay to show them. It is important to remember that you don’t need to ‘earn’ your rest and showing up authentically will allow for deeper connections.

Fellow Type 3s:

  • Oprah Winfrey

  • Tom Cruse
